HENRI FICUCIELLO
Founder & Partner
After ten years working for a major communications group, Henri decided to become an entrepreneur and set up Servibat in 1992. Initially a local drugstore, Servibat quickly became a key player in the life of Villefranche-sur-Mer. Local residents come to Servibat with all kinds of requests, mainly because they know they will find a listening ear, professionalism and sound advice.
That’s when Henri engages Servibat to carry out small-scale glazing and locksmithing work. Replacing broken windows proved to be a success, and the local business gradually gave way to today’s company, which specialises in windows, blinds, shutters and glazing. In total, Servibat offers more than 20 product ranges throughout the Alpes-Maritimes, from advice to after-sales service, not forgetting installation, the company’s core business.
JULIEN FICUCIELLO
Chairman & Partner
After studying business and management, and working for a number of major groups, Julien joined the family business to take part in its development in 2009.
Passionate about architecture and the development of building techniques, Julien quickly found a link between Servibat’s business and his interests. With an innate sense of design and technical execution, he skilfully balances the wishes of his customers, the technical specifications of the products he selects and the aesthetic dimension of the projects. The result is elegant creations that combine value for money with performance, particularly in terms of environmental issues and energy savings.

ARTISAN ALUMINIUM / PVC JOINER
Our experience and mobility enable us to take on and carry out all types of work, from the replacement of a single pane of glass to the most complex new-build or renovation projects. We operate in the Alpes-Maritimes and Var departments.
The title of master craftsman is awarded by the Chambre des Métiers to company directors who can prove that they have at least 2 years’ practical experience, a diploma at least equivalent to a BM, recognised expertise and have been registered with the trade register for at least 10 years.

Servibat has decided to measure its carbon footprint as part of an approach that is consistent with its values. The aim is to raise awareness of climate issues among the company’s employees, customers and suppliers.
Working with EvoMarkets : Support for a sustainable economy
Servibat chose EvoMarkets to carry out an in-depth study of its carbon footprint and benefit from its expertise in environmental markets and sustainability. EvoMarkets specialises in raising awareness of environmental issues among companies and stakeholders, guiding them in their transition to a more sustainable economy. The company operates on a global scale, with several offices in France and abroad, including one in Nice city centre.
A positive experience: Key steps in calculating the carbon footprint
Servibat’s experience of measuring its carbon footprint has been a positive one. Calculating the carbon footprint requires a preliminary process to determine the appropriate methodology, define the scope to be measured and collect the data quickly. EvoMarkets assigned a carbon expert to analyse Servibat’s needs, study its operations and draw up an action plan to optimise data collection. The tools provided and the regular monitoring saved valuable time.
An in-depth look at activities: Mapping and auditing the company
This experience enabled Servibat to take a step back from its day-to-day activities, map them and carry out an audit of the company’s various components. Discussions were held with internal teams and with the company’s value chain.
Environmental contribution and global neutrality
Servibat discovered the possibility of contributing to environmental projects to offset its incompressible emissions. The company has chosen to support a wind power project in Brazil, thereby contributing to global neutrality.
Next steps: Measuring 2022 emissions and transition plan
The next steps for Servibat are to measure its emissions for the year 2022, by improving the quality of the data collected. These results will be used to draw up a transition plan in collaboration with EvoMarkets. The company wants to engage its stakeholders in this virtuous process, by reducing its carbon footprint and being transparent about its approach.
